Very secure storage facility. Units are very clean. Staff was very helpful. They had free coffee. Will definately use them every year.

Move In was done professionally
Paperwork was done with a pleasant demeanor. Appreciated the through explanation of entry and policies. Would like to have know ahead of time the required insurance charge.

Very quick and efficient. Staff should be less quick to give a smart response. Besides that most people were friendly and helpful.

Good Facility…but…
The place and location of this facility is very nice. Easy in and out. Staff was helpful. But…$35 in extra fees is poor. But to be honest, ALL facilities charge extra fees. The admin fee for here ($22) is just another way for them to collect more $$. Everything you purchase in life has paperwork. You should not be charged for them to do their job.
