Why so many price increases?
If the prices keep going up going to have to look at other facilities. Second price increase in a few months!

Great storage and staff
I have no complaints other than UPS blocking hallway entrance during Christmas and the gate still not completely repaired. I don’t feel safe “working” in my unit with the gate up. Staff is always pleasant and answers questions in person and in the phone promptly. Didn’t like price increase without any warning. Fortunately company kept my unit at the previous amount.

Great place, safe, clean, and great customer service
Very happy, my only complaint would be D building's "climate control", it can be very hot and humid in the summer in this building, and the winter can be cold, but not as bad as the summer heat.

I hope you don't start raising your rates every few months like you have in the last year. Martin's Storage did that and that's why I left them and moved to you.
