  BE AWARE they will jack the rent when lease is up

  In FEB 2021 the rent was $73/month for the unit. SEP 2021 they increased it to $143/month. When I inquired about the rent almost doubling, I was told it was the going rate and they offer low rates just to get people to rent storage space from them.

  Hi LR, this is the new Storage Sense Wake Forest management team. I'm sorry you had a negative experience with us! I can assure you that your rent increasing was not due to "tricking" you with a low rate initially, regardless of what anyone told you. Prices rise and fall based on a whole variety of factors. This is true across the storage business, not just with our company. I do hate to see that things weren't properly explained to you and completely understand that you feel you were unfairly treated. It appears that you are a current tenant, so I sincerely hope that we will be able to have a more positive relationship moving forward under new management!
