Great place!
Great customer service, great location, and great price! Havenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t been using it for long, but Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m already satisfied with my unit. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s easy to get in and out, it was clean upon purchase, and the high security throughout the place is a plus.

I badly needed a spot to store a 25' truck.
I called around to near by storage places and no one had room for a 25' truck except for the Spring Valley SecureSpace. As I only needed a space for a month and a half, got a great deal as they give one month free rent. Am I a happy camper? You bet I am.

predatory fees and terrible communication
got a reduced intro rate, planned to move out asap before half price runs out. They pro-rated from 1st of month so only got 50% off 45 days. The phone # changed and was not updated online so they were messaging me about an issue and leaving old # also in e-mail. Had to physically go there during office hours and they were like nevermind about the issue. Then a rat ate cellophane in unit and when I was moving out the crumbs got scattered. No broom in building, and only one for the entire facility you have to ask for. They charged me $40 and wanted to charge $100 which is insanity. Also they do not refund any remaining balance. I asked for a broom at the end and the guy didn't even bring it. Screw this place.

The discount applied to your unit was based on the current promotion available for that particular unit type at the time of your rental. Our promotional terms and conditions, along with any associated admin fees and the requirement for a specific type of lock, are communicated prior to completing the rental process, both in-store and online. It's regrettable to hear that you felt this information was not adequately communicated. It is part of our policy to charge a nominal fee if items or debris are left in the halls. This policy is intended to maintain a clean and safe environment for all of our tenants. We understand that this may have been an inconvenience to you, and we apologize if the reasons behind this policy were not clearly communicated. Thank you once again for your feedback.
