  Hi Bryon! I'm so sorry to here that the unit you rented was locked up. It is policy that when we leave for the evening that we double check all units to make sure they are secured so that we do not have issues the following day. It sounds like you moved in after business hours, but luckily you did find a unit close by that was in fact unlocked so you were able to utilize it.   Not a bad value, but price noted on Sparefoot was not the priced charged when I arrived.

  I was looking for a simply space (Outside, uncovered, long) to store my Expedition and trailer that I use for hauling my classic cars. On Sparefoot it was listed at $55.00 a month which seemed to be a very reasonable price for something that was basically a parking space. When I arrived I was told that the price was $65.00. Other than that little issue the I think everything has been just fine so far. Joe, the man that helped us, was very nice. Made the transaction quick and easy and even outlined other options for us in the future in case we wanted to later move to a covered parking area. Facility seems secure and clean. Very tight entrance though. Basically just one lane for about 500 feet so you have to be aware of anyone else coming or going as you would need to stay back from the gate due to no room to pass inside that 500 feet driveway.

  Not bad but not great.

  Great price but the unit I had was extremely difficult to access with a large truck. The roads are terrible - hills and bumps and valleys. A few of the access roads are insanely nartow. It's not a bad place if you need something fast but otherwise, I'd try to find something else.

  Hi Melissa, I see that the unit that you moved into was in fact in a tight corner. Please know that unfortunately, that was the last 10x25 space we had available when you rented with ABC. Our property has the capability of allowing 70ft semi-tractor trucks on and off the property and that our drives was very wide. It just happens that the area that you are in is the only tight fit on the property. If you would like to transfer spaces we would be happy to accommodate you. I'm very sorry that your experience was less than exceptional, we strive to make sure that all of our customers are well taken care of.
