Smithfield Safe Storage
The online reservation process was extremely easy and fast. Nikki, the manager for the facility, contacted us to verify move-in dates and times. Even though we couldn't get there during regular hours, she made sure that everything was set up and ready to go. She was friendly and helpful. The unit was clean and new. It seems to have great security measures in place. We've been delighted with their service and facility so far.

Helpful and willing to work with my schedule!
Finding the unit online to reserve it was very easy. I had called to see if I could come after hours because I was working throughout the day and they were willing to work with my schedule. I truly appreciated it. After the paperwork was done an email was sent with my unit number and gate passcode. It was easy, clean, and great price.

Currently renting from them and they have been so helpful and very nice!
My husband and I have just barely started renting from them and the customer service is amazing! The lady Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been speaking with has been so helpful and so kind! She doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t rush anything and is always quick to answer! Storage units are very clean. We have had no problems!!

Easy to setup
I was worried I would have a hard time signing up online and getting setup but it was really fairly easy. I did it all on my phone which was a little harder than if I would have used a computer but I did it

Very clean and great location. Some frustrations though.
I used these units last year and absolutely loved everything about this place but this year I am needing to use them again and having a hard time. It's been a different experience this time. They are still clean and well lit but I didn't get very good communication. The first time i called i got through to someone that was local and helpful but the second time, it sounded like a call center employee that wasn't very helpful. The prices have gone up quite a bit then what I paid last year as well.
