The receptionist is nice but the reception area is to small, close to early most people don't get off until 5pm.

Will not recommend.
Moved in on the 27th of March and noticed I had been charged twice for the same amount on 3/2 and I called the storage left a message explaining my situation, expecting a call back but no one called so I called again at 5:54pm and no one answered. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s 4:28pm 3/3 and yet to receive a call from this place. They returned my call every time they missed a call from me BEFORE I moved in but not since I moved in.

They donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t return your calls for any questions after you move in.
Have left several messages for someone to call me about a duplicate charge on my card from them and no one has returned my calls since March 3rd so have had to go through my bank. Mind you, all calls were returned promptly before I moved in.
