Found unit online. Great deal
Was super easy to complete order online. Got a great deal and was perfect location. Had no problem getting into building. Received wrong code for unit lock. But one quick phone call and it was fixed immediately. Unit was longer than wider which threw me off but all my stuff fitted with plenty of room for more! The building and unit were very clean. Was very pleased with my decision to choose cardinal storage in Seabrook nh. Would do so again. Have told my friends and even helped roommate get a unit too.

So there's a few issues with Cardinals they say on this website no administration fee however I was charged a fee,So I called and they told me to screenshot it and send it to them and they will take care of it because as far as they were told there's always an administration fee. So I did just that to 3 different people and they never added my money back on my account or compensated me in any way for this false information on the website they should at least fix the website so people aren't under the impression that it's going to be a certain price when it's not true. Also I paid for the unit in advance they gave me the code for the door to get in and the combination for the storage unit I get there the code opened the front door then go to the unit I paid for and there was a regular lock on the unit by the time I was assigned another unit it was 3 days later and I never got The 3 days credited and also the unit was filthy writing on the wall mouse droppings everywhere and it was covered with cobwebs from top to floor door to back wall and So many spiders I was covered in cobwebs and spiders on my head and my neck and legs. I'm not exaggerating . I'm just giving my experience so far I'm hoping that they will fix the issues I've had and take care of my account issues. The

Hello Justin. I'm sorry that you had those issues with your initial rental of one of our units. Would you mind providing me with the website where you noted that there was no administration fee? I would like to update that personally. Due to your issues at move in, I have credited your storage account back the $15 administration fee. While we have janitorial staff go through the facility regularly, they don't have access to the individual units for security reasons. I will look into other options going forward.
