clean quick and efficient
I came here on my lunch break to purchase a storage unit during a child custody case. I explained to the gentleman that I was on my lunch break and didn't have much time and I was a day late I was supposed to have come the day before because I made a reservation. He said not to worry let's get you hooked up and out of here as quick as possible within 15 minutes of me walking in the door originally I had paperwork signed and keys in my hand with a gate code ready to go.

Quick and Communicative
Went in and got our storage unit fairly quick. Person made sure I understood the payment and that I liked the storage unit. Was open about pricing and their rules so I did not get dinged for extra storing I did not need.

Cheapest around!
Cheapest storage unit I could find in San Jose. Secured behind a gate and in a giant warehouse. The staff are super friendly and welcoming and were great to work with without them being pushy at all. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s definitely not fancy, but the dusty floors and older feel donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t bother me for such a great price.

The movein went smoothly. The elevators were a little tricky with having to re-enter the code if someone else just exited. But once I figured that out, I was able to manage it. Thanks!
