Finally some progress
Shortly after my first review (above), I received a call from someone at their corporate office,(just a coincidence?), who was aware of my concerns and complaints. She was quite firm in their stance that they had no obligation to answer to me or explain their plans for this site in any detail to me. I advised her of how frustrated we were at the lack of attention, including up keep of the facility, and how the weeds were overtaking the storage lot, entrance, and around the building, and if we didn't see some action, that I would find some way to post some photos She asked if I was threatening her, and I explained that I was just a customer who had a right to voice my concern and need for service. A couple of weeks later, I met a gentleman out there who was looking at the site for an estimate for cutting the grass, as well as another location for them to maintain on a bi-monthly basis. I later spoke with him a week or two later, and he explained he had contracted with them to to that and would begin in July, which he did. The weeds have been cut, and yesterday I in fact was contacted by another gentlemen, this time who had just been appointed to manage the facility, and he was VERY delightful and professional to speak with. He advised that he would be looking into getting quotes to grade and gravel the lot entirely, and seemed open to any future contact from me. Thank you ClearHome Storage!

Roaches everywhere and gates left opened for anyone
I had this unit since April 2023. I checked on it monthly I go in July and there's cockroaches everywhere. It's left a mess and people throw their things in it just to rid themselves of any rodents or insects. D aisle has roaches bad and now im worried to take my stuff out. My whole house is in there all ruined and god only knows how many eggs are left. It was literally in my kids wagon. Running everywhere. They don't spray these units like everywhere else that sprays once a mth. They are nasty and just let anyone get one it's all about the money. But it's unkept and maintenance needs fired im sending pics to corporate and gate stays opened for anyone to access your unit. No one is never there. Nastiest unit we have ever had

Facility must be up for sale
We have been renting a space to park our camper since November last year, right when Clearhome Storage bought the facility. A couple of months after, I reached out to them about having crushed rock or something put down on the open area where the outdoor storage is being rented for campers, boats, vehicles, etc., and a really nice guy named Jacob, who was overseeing the facility from Denver, CO. began looking into quotes from local contractors to to that. But, after a couple of more months of not getting a price they were happy with, I supplied him with the name and number of someone I thought could help, but after a couple of weeks, when I contacted Jacob, he advised that he was being let go, and advised that a lady named Lesley was taking over those duties, and said he passed all my information over to her. The next week, I contacted her, and she advised that they were having a meeting the next day, and she would follow up with that with the person who was being assigned the property management and maintenance for all of the sites. Since we have not seen or heard anything, I began trying unsuccessfully trying to contact Lesley. I have left multiple VMs for her with no return calls, I have called the posted number and asked for the name of Lesley's supervisor and was told by Flo that she would contact Shay for that information and get back with me, but after week now, I have had no response. I have asked them about having someone cut the grass in the meantime, as the weeds are now thigh high, but still no response or action. This type of activity is what normally happens when a company is trying to sell a property, and does not want to put any money into upgrading the facility or even maintaining it. I will be glad to write an update post if and when something happens, but at this time I would like to submit photos of the current status, but I am unable on this review site.

Poor customer service unable to access space even when paid in full
I have made numerous attempts to contact after not being able to access my space. I was told a manager would contact me. No one has made any attempt to contact me even after several emails and phone calls yet I still get a bill with late charges. I cancelled over month ago!!!! No manager call!!! I'm told every time I call that they cannot help me that they will have a manager call!!!!
