This is the first storeage unit I have ever rented so I have nothing to compair it with. However, the price is great and the manager (guy that lives there) was friendly and helpful.

So so
I had a reservation. I had to wait about fifteen minutes for the staff to go through camera footage as someone's wife's car was hit unrelated to the storage facility.It was not an emergency and I felt a paying customer should be helped first. Nice the staff helped out the random individual. But I needed to get my stuff moved in and felt random guy could wait. Staff was so curt and cold that I felt uncomfortable. I do not expect storage staff to be comedians but just so, so unfriendly and icy...unit was clean.

Great Facility but high priced and slow service due to tech issues
I purchased a unit at this location because there weren't any others available at the size I needed. This was one of the more expensive companies that I researched, but again due to the lack of options I had to compromise on the price I would pay for it. I was disappointed to learn when I got there that they were having computer issues. So, the check in process ended up being quite slow due to the tech issues with their server. What seemed like it should have taken 5 minutes took over 30, which when you have 3 kids waiting in the car and it's over 90 degrees out and you are trying to get a lot done in a big move weekend - well, that becomes a bigger deal than normal. The employees who checked me in were great, so I give positives on the customer service (they couldn't control the server/software issues) and on the size, location and cleanliness of the facility.
