Hello April, Thank you so much for your review and feedback. May I please take this opportunity to extend our apology that your experience was less than perfect. While our prices may be higher than those in other parts of town, we have found from our market research that we are competitive to those within a ten-mile radius of us. Remember that our facility is one of the very few in our area that offer extensive customer service as well as 24 hour gated access and individual alarms. This is how we know that we are not only prices reasonably but also have higher security than some of our competitors. Tim and I live here on our property and personally clean the units and the grounds daily. Being that these are outdoor drive up units, there is some exposure to the elements that will be found in any outdoor storage. If there was something specific that caused your concern for security or cleanliness please reach out to us directly so that we can correct what these concerns are. Remember too that we do take time to be thorough with our paperwork and with getting to know our tenants needs. Our doors are always open for your feedback and if we can help in any way. - Amy-
