Great customer service by Kristen. She really listened and researched for best location and best size for my money. And she has a great smile! When I wasn't even expecting, she gave a followup call to make sure my accommodations were adequate. Thank you

Review for Public Storage
I call a 1-800 number and spoke to a very nice and informative lady. I was quoted a great deal but when I got to public storage, the only thing that was right was the $1 for 1st month and $22 one time fee. They need to have the exact deal that customer service tells them they have. I had to get a bigger storage since the original one was really small. I just put my stuff in 2 days ago.

Rant to Rave
I was really happy with Kevin at the second location. Buchannan Circle. He was beyond helpful and friendly and knew that I was frustrated with the other location. I had made my reservation early in the week to come on Saturday. I asked to come as early as possible because I had several appointments I had to leave for. I was told 11Am was the earliest even though they open at 9:30. When I called back I spoke with someone else who said I could come at 10AM instead. I was told they had flooding at the location and she would be checking my unit Friday and would call me to let me know if there were any issues with the unit. When I arrived on Saturday, They were very friendly- However They were not able to get their lock off the unit. So it was not checked to see if flooding had affected it and now I was not able to get a storage at this location because they didn't have any other units this size. I was extremely frustrated with the lack of planning and follow up. Especially because I had made it clear that I had other appointments and needed to be as quick as possible. Then had to drive to another location and get it figured out. Like I said at the beginning- Kevin was amazing. Helpful, Kind and quick!!! And I am beyond thankful for that because I know I walked in with a bad attitude.
