Wrong access code
Seemed to be the cheapest in the area, so went ahead and signed it. Everything was fine until I came back later that night shortly before access hours were to be over. Obviously as I was moving, time was tight. So it would have reeeeally been helpful if someone had let me know that the road into the storage facility is apparenly closed off every night while road construction is over way. Regardless, made it in before closing - only to realize the access code I was given didn't work :/ THANK GOODNESS for their 800 number allowing us access. Unfortunately my climate controlled unit didn't feel to be climate controlled whatsoever (nor did any of the rest of the interior building), but at that point nothing that can be done.

Moving
we are using a 5x5 locker for box storage to pack before we move so we don't have to pack everything all at once. The value is very good.

Tons of hidden costs
The unit was advertised at $23 a month but I ended up paying $81 for my first month. Very disappointed
