Best storage business around!
Good morning! I just wanted to show my appreciation for the storage unit on Bear Rd in North Syracuse, NY and more specifically.. the staff. I just recently switched over to Storage America and I have so much gratitude for the help I have received, as they have been so wonderful answering any questions or concerns I had. I have been disappointed in the past with storage businesses and how they speak to their clients so I am more than grateful to have a great relationship with the wonderful staff here.. very refreshing! I spoke with Tim and Joann since being here and they are both so kind and accommodating. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and friendly environment. Customer service stinks
The store was supposed to be open 8-2. I got there at 8:05 and the store was closed and no one was around. The employee did not show up till 8:30. I also was never told about the $25 administrative fee until I went into pay for my unit. The employee had told me that I should have been told about the fee when they called to confirm my move in date. The customer service at this store needs some definite improvement.
