From Joseph on the initial phone call, to Dakota the manager at the front desk, it went like clockwork. I was devastated because the lot I thought I had, turned out to be extremely unnavigable, hilly, gravely, and an utter mess. Do not expect a call back from the storage facility
The sparefoot rep was very helpful. However I have reached out to the storage facility and have not received a return call or followup. I was forced to complete everything online.
