I like the faculty but it needs to accessible later than 9pm.

The electric entrance has been broke for over a week and security is sparce with people going in and out during day light hours

Location manager too pushy!
I feel that the location manager, Lucy, is very "pushy". Not only did she charge me $20 for a lock I didn't request, but she said if I bought 1 box from her, she'd give me 2 to help her win a sweepstakes. I feel she's entirely too pushy.

Felt Duped
I was truly blown away by the fact that the price I was given over the phone was nothing close tot he price it ended up costing me. I was not told of all the additional charges, such as the insurance and lock which is required not an option. I went in there expecting to pay about $45 and ended up spending $113 just to have another $43 due in less than 3 weeks. Very disappointed.
