Held hostage
Nowhere while making the reservation did it mention I HAD to buy Your insurance and HAD to buy YOUR lock. That changed the quote given and would have been a game changer

No one held you hostage. You were never told you had to buy one of our locks. You did not have an appropriate lock so you had to get one from us. It was explained to you that if you did not have proof of insurance our Total Protection Plan was required.
