New facility in McKinney, TX is clean and modern
This is my first personal experience with a storage facility. The new modern type of storage facility is interesting and space efficient. It's also nice to have AC in the entire building due to the Texas heat. Tim was fast and efficient and extremely pleasant to deal with.

New Storage
I reserved my unit ahead of time via online, as it was cheaper! I just went into the office, checked in with the manager, he went over everything with us, took us up to the unit to open it and make sure it was the proper size. We then went back to the office, finished up and paid. It was a pretty simple, fast and the manager was very friendly and knowledgeable.
