Very pleasent. The staff was very helpful and I got a good price on my unit.

The place needs a complete cleaning overhaul. No room to bring a Uhaul truck in.
Clean the place up and the lock I was sold didn't fit very well.

A Lot of Trouble for a First Visit
Called three times during normal business hours; call was picked up each time by a call center during. Wanted to first make an appointment to go see a unit before renting; there is normally not an attendant on site. The first two calls, the agent put on hold because she had to call another number since someone is not normally at the storage site; both times my call got cut off. So what happens the third time (even after I told her that my call had been cut off twice after being put on hold) - she wanted to put me on hold again! I told her I was going to look elsewhere.
