Pleasant experience
Stephanie and Kim were VERY friendly and knowledgeable when registering me. Stephanie answered all my questions and was very pleasant to talk to, I would say she and Kim should be commended for making me feel at home.

They didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t notify me of all charges I was told one price got there and had to pay more but other than that everything was fine

NOT ENOUGH CARTS. Bathroom was filthy
We waited close to 30 minutes for a cart each time we unloaded 1. So we were unable to finish unloading the U Haul by 9:00 pm. I am still being charged for! I called the after hours manager or whomever he was and he never bothered to return my call!!
