Remodeling which slowed sign in.

The monthly rent is a good value and that's what will bring customers through the door. The lady who assisted with the move in (Theresa) has absolutely no people skills. Although she seemed to be doing ablostely nothing when I arrives for my appointment, she seemed instantly irritated that I was there. She was unprepared , in a hurry, and doesn't seem to know how to communicate politely. The unit that I reserved was dirty and only cleaned upon request. I was dangerously whipped around the property on a golf cart in the middle of a snow storm. The attendant seemed bothered when I inquired about the truck that was also supposed to be reserved and unprofessionally complained that "they told her it was for a different day " . I even witnessed Theresa shun a lady who came in to make a payment on her aleady occupied unit. I really can't say enough about the poor customer service. The only reason I know her name was because I asked on my way out to be sure I could include it in a review. Price will continue to drive traffic to this business but customer experience and referrals typically play a large role in repeat and referral business. Somebody needs to train this lady on how to create a positive customer experience otherwise they may get the wrong impression of the organization.
