Wonderful
Laurie at the Lakewood Ranch facility went above and beyond and was extremely helpful and pleasant and accommodating. We were in a bit of a bind and she comforted and brainstormed and came up with Solutions to our problems very satisfied and will recommend to our friends

Impossible to reach the facility manager.
I'm pleased with the facility. I'm extremely displeased with inability to contact a manager. I call and call again. I call their local number or the general number; it doesn't matter which number I use trying to contact the facility manager. My call goes to a voice mail asking me to leave a brief message and phone number to call back. I do not get a call back. I had the same problem when I was moving into my unit. Now I.m trying to speak with them regarding my move out. Again the location of the facility the units available at the facility are great. My total complaint is inability to reach a manager.
