  This place is great !!

  This was the first time I ever had to get a storage unit - I thought of these places as dimly lit, creepy places. I did a pretty thorough search on the internet, found a location that was pretty convenient, offered a competitive rate for the size unit I was looking for, and crossed my fingers. I walked in, talked to Joyce, who set everything up quickly, and I was unloaded and done in no time. Place is well lit, fairly secure, and the facility is designed well. I came back the next weekend with my wife, and even she wasn't creeped out. Couldn't be happier with how this has turned out so far.

  Great service from joyce in seattle

  Super friendly, great facility, have our RV there ,we live in Australia and its nice to Know Joyce is looking after it for us,

  Good overall - watch out for “required” insurance

  Great customer service rep at the counter. Clean facility, easy to access. Only complaint is the “required” insurance that they try to spring on you just before moving in, then conveniently offer an in-house insurance option for an additional $15/month.

  Loading dollys

  I was concerned that the office wanted the lock for the dollys back by six when the place is open until nine. Other than that everything is fine

  My 2nd storage experience started out ...

  My 2nd storage experience started out great until I went in to store some things in my unit. The lady (Alicia I think) that helped me decided to switch the floors on my access code so I couldn't get to the 2nd floor. Why she changed it I have no clue but it delayed me from getting to my unit and by then the issue was closed. So I called the number on the website. The lady I spoke with was so helpful. I was taking a risk since I didn't know if she was going to be able to help. She was indeed able to help and confirmed Alicia did move the floors on my access code and moved them back so I could get into the unit. Unfortunately I had trouble a 2nd time same issue what ever was done before was only temporary? But the gentlemen from calling again that helped me went above and beyond on the phone to make sure I didn't have anymore problems. I couldn't thank him enough.
