Great place to store unused vehicles
This storage facility is a great place to store vehicles during the off-season. Customer service was very efficient and hassle free, the pricing is very reasonable, and it's located a short distance from KC proper.

Easy Move-In Experience
Reserving the unit and move in day went fairly smoothly. A few more directional signs placed throughout would have been helpful, as turning around in a moving truck is difficult. Not much maneuvering space. I also discovered that the lock I had purchased was too thick to be used, so I had to leave my unit loaded but unlocked while I went to purchase a replacement. It would have been helpful to know what size lock/what diameter lock stem the doors will accommodate. Customer service was great when I needed them, and rates are extremely reasonable
