No Elevator!
Upon making our reservation we asked if the unit was 1st or second floor (to know if we needed to ask about an elevator). The customer service rep assured us the storage unit was all one level. We arrived to a unit all the way in the back on the second floor..had to lug our stuff across the entire facility up a flight of stairs to put into the unit. Would not use this place again unless we were on there first floor.

communication is key
Unit was locked and they did not send me the lock combination number. I had to hunt all over the internet to find it. Very frustrating. I entered my daughter-in-laws phone number on the form and yet she could not get into the gate without calling me and I was traveling. Another frustration.

Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s clean only thing I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t like is there is no one on site if you need help and no one answers the phone after a certain time even though itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s stated yﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢all are open till 9:00pm online

Wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t told the space was upstairs, no dollyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s, no hard service to wheel items, very large pipe in the middle of the space making it wasted space No one on site to help or answer questions,
