  Worst storage ever

  If I had the money to move my shit I would because the storage was full of mice shit the door is damaged and this was the worst decision I ever made I went to move in took 3 people to get the door open came back the next day couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get the door open at all called and spoke with the manager she had me put the rest of my things in another storage supposedly til the next day til the original storage got opened and told me her maintenance guy would have a trailer to move my things on because I had to return the uhaul didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t happen got there three days later and said they didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t say that like I made it up had to move my things in a car to my original storage I will never use them again once I get my things out totally inconvenienced me and acted like it was my fault

  Thank you for your review, Latisha. I understand your frustration and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation based on our records. You visited your unit the day prior to your call and were able to open the door, though it required assistance from other people at the facility with you. However, no issues regarding the door or the presence of mouse droppings were reported to us at that time. The only mention of mouse droppings was in your review. When concerns arenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t brought to our attention, weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re unable to address them or offer a resolution in a timely manner. During your call to our Call Center the next day, you stated this was your first time visiting the property when asked, which was not accurate. This miscommunication contributed to confusion when our team attempted to assist you. To resolve the matter, our manager offered you a cleaner, alternative unit. You chose not to take that option. In the course of that conversation, it was mentioned that if you moved to the new unit, we could check to see if the maintenance person may be available to let you relocate your items within the facility on his trailer. However, you would have been responsible for loading and unloading the trailer yourself. This was a courtesy possibility only and not a guaranteed or scheduled service. Still, with the U-Haul return time in mind, we made sure that you could secure your items in a second unit, until such time we were able to make the necessary repairs to your occupied unit. We are committed to providing professional, respectful service to all tenants, and we expect the same in return when working through challenges.
