Rough start
I completed the paperwork and called the customer service line to confirm that everything was all set. The first customer service person stated that since I was completed paid, I should be able to move in since I had already received my unique code and locker number. I was in route to my destination as I was moving across country. Unfortunately, when I arrived to unload my belongings, I had to call Customer Service again who assured me that they would call me back or have the site manager call me. Having waited about 10 minutes, I called again and got the same customer service person who stated that there was an issue calling my number but was given permission to give me the emergency code to get in. Thankfully, the emergency code worked and was able to unload the trailer. While I would recommend this facility, I’m disappointed that their representatives aren’t as forthcoming nor helpful in first call resolution.
The facility is beautifully maintained, very clean and no issue once we located the locker.
