I've never had a storage unit before, so I came in with a bunch of questions, and Christina and Nancy took the time to show me around and make me feel comfortable. Great customer service, and a nice place.

I had a great experience with Public Storage from start to finish. The website, call center and local site were all very coordinated and it is clear they have a great system figured out. The only thing I would say is "good/bad" is the demand-based pricing. It's great because I got a unit for far less than I expected because of availability. It's bad because my rate went up by approximately 60% because availability went down. While it was a downer for me personally (I canceled my storage unit), those are market dynamics and if someone is willing to pay that higher cost, then they can have the unit! Finally, the staff at this location were very friendly, knowledgable and efficient.
