  Too complicated

  I am 74 years old. I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have the computer skills to operate a high tech system. The second customer service male got a little frustrated with me. I finally asked a customer to help me and he showed me what to do. He told me that it took him 3 weeks to master the system and not to be embarrassed or frustrated.
