Relatively Easy Process
After getting recommendations, I called Storage Star to secure a small unit to store some of my daughter's college dorm items prior to her move in date. We are in Massachusetts and made the drive out for orientation and thought it would be easier to bring some of the larger items and store them to make the moving trip the next month easier. Very friendly and helpful, the facility is clean, easily accessible during off hours, the young lady that went over paperwork with me upon arrival was so kind, even though we cut into her lunch break a bit. I think my only complaint, if you can call it that, is the online booking process and call back time. The site kept getting hung up when I was trying to book a unit and when I called and left a message, took several days to get a response. That said, I think calls go to an outside call center and not the actual location, so I'm sure that could be the issue. I already planning to use Storage Star at the end of the school year to store her items for the summer.

Great experience
During all of the craziness with COVID-19, moving was already very stressful. Storage Star was very helpful with the whole process, and provided extra discounts to make the process easier. The customer service was excellent, even with only one person working. Would recommend to other people.

Awesome-Sauce!
Love this place and the staff...Patricia, Jody, Hunter, Anthony! Due to unexpected campus closures, I needed a small storage unit for my college kid’s stuff. Jody and Patricia saved me time, money, and stress! Hunter and Anthony keep the office clean and provided any move in assistance necessary to make this “timed” process go as smooth as possible. One less thing to worry about amidst the corona virus outbreak . Thank you!
