Great promos online
I got a promo for first month is $1 and I got a 10X20 climate controlled and they're so nice and helpful.

Not honest about initial fees
When I spoke to rep about renting a space, I was told a minimal fee and the initial $1 monthly fee. However, when it was time to set up the rental, charges were about $40 more than stated initially. Please be honest and forthcoming about all fees--including the lock and other administrative fees. I don't have any respect for a company that does not state actual fees upfront.
