Great location for us. Very friendly service
Cross country move from a house to an apartment required storage space. The location is great for us and the staff has been excellent. The price seems steep but it's been a few years since we needed similar storage. The facility could use better lighting - unloading after dark required another car to illuminate the unit.

This place SUCKS now that it has new management & staff
I have had my stuff stored there for over 5 years without problem, but now I have had nothing but problems for the last few months. First they pulled an extra $ 10 out of my bank to make a payment after discussing the amount no less than 5 times! I caught it right away, but it took several weeks of messages before I could get her on the phone again (the other woman didnt know what to do about it) I had no intention of making another payment until that was cleared up - so they CHARGED ME MORE. I wonder what I should charge them for having MY money for the time it took them to refund it? They sure are quick to charge me if I sneeze! And their employees arent too hot at giving the mng. messages.Then they raised my rent AGAIN $30 in just a few months. She again said that she mailed me a notice (I didnt get that mail either) and she says "it wasn't returned to them, neither was the last rent increase letter that I didnt get!) Well I hope they are happy - they just lost 3 long term customers for the sake of a fee here and a fee there ! GO the 3 blocks down the road to the new place - you'll save money and aggrevation! (PS Watch out - they plan on a few more raises from what I hear - Don't bother moving your stuff in, you will have to pay to get it out They are not so helpful then.)
