Friendly greeting, courteous knowledgeable staff person. My only request would be that they extend the hours of operation, otherwise great.

The people were helpful. After a long trip across 4 states. I needed help storing? all my things and they are right down the street from where I'm staying. I didn't however get the " first month for $1.00" like I had been told I would!!!??? WTH!? Instead I paid $137.00! WHY? Give me money back!
