Bait and Switch Pricing and Mouse sighting
Now why would I think that I would be paying the listed price I selected? The $31/per month unit was a far cry from what it really costs. It cost just over $100 to move in after there bs $35 administration fee, the $20 for their lock that you have to buy, theres no option to bring or use your own, $16 per month for insurance which you have to get as well. So my monthly price is $50, not the $31 as advertised. Now Im just waiting for the price increase after a month or two thats coming, bc they now once all your crap is in the unit, they got you. Also as I was dropping some things off initially, I was greeted my a mouse scurrying by me just inches from my feet, across the hall and into the unit across from mine. So its probably safe to say they are living with all our belongings in these units.
