taxed twice
I was taxed twice on the system invoice, called and spoke to the property manager and tried to explain the issue. He wasn't understanding what I was trying to explain to him that clearing shows on the invoice that I was taxed twice. At the end without him clearly understanding what I was saying and trying to show him, he just wanted the call to end so he said he would credit my account to make this go away. I was just trying to let him know his formula that has been imputed on his computer that does his calculations' for his invoice is wrong and needs to be corrected or other customers will be getting taxed twice as well.

Our program here at Discount Mini Storage is set up to follow the State of Florida's requirement when it come to taxing a customer. This state mandated tax system was changed by the law makers at the capital on January 01, 2019 and then revised on January 01, 2020. We tried to explain the tax laws to Mr. Sears but he doubted us. After a 30 minute conversation with Mr. Sears I asked him what could I do to end this conversation and he be happy. Mr. Sears stated the charge of the tax which was $5.28 was his heart burn. I then told Mr. Sears I would credit his account personally so he would be happy and we could end this conversation. We are sorry that Mr. Sears has an issue with the state tax system here in Florida and our system that is set up to follow the state mandated tax system here in Florida. It's important for Mr. Sear to realize this and also that even though we could not help him when it came to his heart burn with the State of Florida and their tax system we did do what we could do and credit his account of the amount of $5.28 which was the tax that the state was charging him. We can't change what we don't have control of here at Discount Mini Storage, but we do our best when it comes to what we have control of and we thank Mr. Sears for choosing us to rent from.

extrememely disorganized, not enough help
very disorganized; girl at front was not too bright or knowledgeable; numbering system for inside units makes no sense, it's as though whoever designed the system was either under the influence of some heavy medication or was psychotic. I have never been through such an ordeal in my life
