Crooked business
As I was moving in secveral other renters toldvv bc me stories, and a couple happened at that time, about this place locking their things off from them for no reason and selling their stuff, or just doing them dirty in generally. I never took it too seriously but suddenly 3 was into my lease they delivered me a removal letter and I had a week to get out or so. When I asked them why they someone was sleeping in my unit. When denied it, they specified that it was that very day they were speaking of and allegedly when I took a load downstairs, the friend I had helping me was seen sleeping in the chair in my unit. He had been helping me and I had only been downstairs for 10 min. So on the night I was supposed to be out my help didn’t show up, so I was there just after closing. They came n told me put the stuff back n they would work either me the next day to get my things. The never returned a call and I had no access to the building after that. Today I got an outrageous bill, charging me again for the initial month., a second month despite my out date being 3 days into the month, AND prorated rate for the 3 days!!?? Seems very shady and crooked to me. They come off as kind and friendly though…?!

What a Joke
This place has gone down hill in the last 6 months or So It's Dirty The Bathroom is gross never any toilet paper in there The bay door on the Eastside of building has been broken since Novemberof 23.They have raiesd the rent again,However what do the customers get in return?? Not a Dann Thing.The floor's are so nasty the elevator is Nasty.The second floor has a non-stop beeping sound that's been beeping for the last few months.As for climate control? That's false advertising.Theres no way in Hell it's climate controlled.You have all these facilities,That look really great.Except this one It's become the Same as it used to be Nasty.I don't understand how they can justify a rent increase . I could say a lot more about this place.But that will all come out soon enough.
