Richard is great at his job
Richard (I think was his name - was working on Monday 7/20) helped me and he was awesome! Really informative and professional. This was my first experience with a storage unit, and he made the process super easy.

Move in Day
They took the stress of moving away as soon as I walked in the door. Never used a storage facility before so I had a million questions and they were awesome and patient and answered all of my questions never making me feel like I wAs an imposition.

Moving in was fine. The only issue that there was no mention of the individual need to bring their own lock. I purchased one at a nearby store.
