Pro: Units have high ceilings Con: Odd pricing
Hey, 10 feet x 10 feet is . . . 10 feet by 10 feet, but if you're able to stack your stuff, the high ceiling is a bonus. Pro: 7 day, 7AM-7PM access is also a bonus, only made available by coded entry and departure. Con: Don't get caught inside the gate after closing as it's timer controlled, and you'll be trapped inside the storage unit area. Odd: Advertised price for a 10x10 is $110. I wonder why I'm paying $120 . . .. Customer service has been very good the few times that I've been inside the office, with the help being . . . helpful. Don't mail your payment to the street address; it will be returned. There's no mail delivery there (they have an East Dennis PO box, but it doesn't seem to be listed on the web site).

10 by 10 was good
I arranged to use the truck and a 5 by 10 but upgraded to a 10 by 10 to fit my stuff with a very nice person whom helped me fill out the paperwork and turned a stressful day into a fun one. thank you

The 10 X 10 works for me.
I had arranged the unit ahead of my arrival but could not get in through the security gate when I arrived with the rental truck. When I came back the next morning, the clerk apologized and gave me a free lock "for my troubles".
