Straight-forward vehicle parking, slow check-in
I'm using SIAS to park a vehicle outside so my needs are minimal. This place seems secure, reasonably priced, and the staff friendly. My only complaint so far is that the check-in process was slow. I scheduled an Uber to the airport, but was still checking-in when the car arrived 15 minutes later.

Great price.
Great price. Wish they had matched other specials like first month free, but price was good. Some confusion due to another tenant grabbing the unit on his own. But manager worked it out. Manager very personable and honest.

No move in discount. Not prorated, full price for 11 days.
Only 11 days left in the month. Still had to pay for a full month. Should be able to pro rate for the days used.

Customer rented on Jan 10th. The rental rate for a 10x25 is $169. We did prorate the rent to $119. There was a one time admin fee of $15. Plus tenant purchased a lock for $15.
