The climate control in our storage is not working
We paid for a climate controlled storage 5 by 10, but afraid that all our stuff might get moldy. Half of the floor has not working climate control. And no other storages were available. If itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s possible please fix this problem. The stuff canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t help. I canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t recommend my friends to rent a storage, because of that problem.

Horrible
They will accrue late fees if you are just a few days late. These fees can add up to half of your monthly bill. They will charge multiple late fees for the same month being late, every few days. Then they charge a late fee for the following month if the current month is past due. Last but not least they put the unit in default after less than 30 days late and charge even more ridiculous fees. Stay away from them!!!
