Patty was exceptional. Her kindness during my emotional day will be forever remembered. I canceled my reservation at the other company because I needed to get in after 10pm and he was pure business black and white, "You choose the wrong package option." Zero compassion or options. Patty listened and thoughtfully came up with solutions. Paying more at this company but worth it for the customer service.
