So far, so good. When doing paperwork, I'm glad I questioned the insurance since my renters/homeowners will cover. It isn't necessary to pay monthly for it.

Poor customer service and no follow up
We came into to look at rental space for our upcoming move. We looked at 2 different sizes and was quoted a price. When we started the paperwork all of a sudden the price went up $11 more a month. They could not explain why and said that there was NOTHING they could do about until the "big boss" was back in the building and we were promised a follow up phone call and that never happened. I feel like it was a classic "bait and switch" scam offering one price and then not honoring it. Do not do business with this location!
