So far so good - nice staff and clean
So far so good. Very clean, and nice staff. The only problem was it was really hard to find and access - near Yankee Stadium. I am also worried about the price increasing quickly, because it was such a good deal

In office employees are phenom!
Your employees are phenomenal, they have to clock out before theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re actually finished working with people who come in late and clearing up, they should definitely get paid more!

Good customer service
Some issues depending on location, I had to move twice due to facility issues like water leakage. Customer service is good though and they notify you of any issues promptly and reply quickly to emails and phone calls.

Much better
This facility has gotten much better since PrimeStorage took it over. The last owners had really let it go. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve noticed a lot of improvements theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve made. The only thing that could use improvement is the elevator, and the security could be better. Ie there should be a coded entrance or a coded elevator.
