A very positive experience overall
Emily was helpful by showing us a few different sizes of units and did a great job explaining the process from billing to insurance to locks.

Easier access
I needed a storage facility with easier access. The one I was currently in was always a pain to get in and out because of traffic. The only thing I can maybe complain is that at night there is no lights throughout the hallways and its really dark. Other than that, customer service Rep was super nice and helpful.

I think your storage place is very nice...
I think your storage place is very nice and so nice and clean.But I do think would be more helpful to people if you were open a little later so you have time right after work. I think that would open more time to get there, like 7pm. but otherwise everbody is very helpful.
