Really friendly, helpful staff....I feel confidant
I've been in another storage facility for 12 years which had gotten too costly. I decided to downsize, went on the internet, 'found Mini-U and called.......their rep. Steve was very helpful and when I came in to sign the papers, I met his wife Carolyn who gave me suggestions that saved me time and money!.......The truck that was available was a great size ( 17'), a bargain compared to other rentals I've experienced......'Moved in this weekend and saving a lot of cash and feeling grateful to have found Mini-U........

The managers Steve & Caroline were the very best customer service I ever had, excellent! As a retired corp officer and a V.P. for a top 5 national bank I know good talent. They're real people persons making everything very easy and friendly. Isn't all business a people business i.e. by, with, through, for people? It was Win-Win for both parties.
