I am glad I found you!
I have never used a storage unit before but my first experience with Cubesmart was so straightforward and simple that I am now glad that we know where u are and will use them again! My only "complaint" is that nobody advised me about the early gate hours every day! We could have finished our unloading.yesterday night had we managed to get in to our unit.somehow!

CubeSmart saved the day for us! My daughter was moving out of her dorm at the University of Hartford and needed to store all her belongings for the summer. The week before, I had called another storage facility, Uhaul, and reserved a spot with my credit card, but when I drove up to the Uhaul with my daughter and her stuff, they said they didn't have that size unit available, even though I had reserved it and they had the reservation! We were desperate! So I called CubeSmart. The guy on the phone was super helpful and found the exact unit size we wanted at a nearby CubeSmart facility and reserved it for us. We drove over there and met with a woman who was so friendly and helpful. She filled out the paperwork quickly, showed us the unit to make sure we approved it, went over everything, and we were ready to move in quickly and easily! Best of all, we got one month free, and the monthly price after that was much cheaper than you are! Thank you CubeSmart!

I would highly recommend this facility.
Everything was so easy! No issues on move in day. Facility is very nice, clean, and secure.

So far it is a great place to store things
everything has gone smoothly so far with checking in, getting access, etc. My only concern at this point is that it is in a relatively remote area after it gets dark so I may make my husband come with me as it begins to get dark earlier in the evening.
