Love our storage
We love this location. The site manager is so friendly and helpful. She got us into an storage unit quickly with out a reservation we didn't know what size we wanted and she didn't pressure us into getting anything she helped us figure out what was perfect for us

Easy move in process
All the information came conveniently through email, and I was even given a few follow-up calls to make sure everything was in order, which I appreciated. Angel was very kind and helpful, which eased the concerns I had. There's some holes in the first layer of wall of the unit, but a second layer is behind it to prevent tampering. So, so far so good.

The people at the Auburn public storage we're very nice and helpful. The only problem I had was when I went to put my stuff in the storage locker, there was no letters on the end of the buildings to tell me which one was mine. They need big letters at the end of the buildings so you can see when you drive through

I have been using Auburn Public Storage off and on since 2000 the unit are clean & efficient. I've never had a problem with this location. Wendy at the Rst Public Storage has gone above and beyond to assist me in every way possible . She is always very polite , always positive & eager to help in any way possible.
