Reasonable price, lousy door on one unit, and rats in one of my units.
I have two units. When the landscape crew blows leaves in the driveways between the buildings, they blow the leaves and trash under the doors of the units. Near the doors, my contents get covered in debris & dust and I frequently have to sweep leaves and trash out of my units. Also, one of my units apparently has large rats in it and the door is so old and defective or misaligned??? that I have a lot of difficulty in raising it. Unfortunately, I am usually there when the office is closed so I cannot show them the problems.
