Quick, simple
The process was quick and simple. They responded quickly to my questions. The facilities are new and our unit was easy to locate. The only issue was that the lock is not an ordinary lock, but was able to purchase one from them at a reasonable price.

Thanks you for your business! We appreciate your great review too. Yes, those locks are different, but they are that way for security. They are very very difficult to break into. They are designed to be like the lock on the front door of your home. They sit flush with the door, so there aren't any areas of the lock that can be cut. Thanks again!

I booked and moved in same day....
Everything about this experience went smooth and flawless. All my requests were meet and they have everything I needed right on site. The women at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. The unit itself was spotless, brand new, convenient for loading and unloading. I would definitely recommend it. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m thinking of getting another one just for holiday decorations so I clean out my garage.
